In-store sales and discounts are always passed through to you, with no markups. The minimum can adjust based on your location, and additional fees may apply for things like extra travel distance or added effort (like carrying an order up several flights of stairs). You'll always know the fee structure before your order is shopped.

No. There's no membership, subscription, or sign-up fee.

You only pay when you place an order: the store total plus the service fee. Order as often or as rarely as you like. I'm here to help whenever you need it!

The app is preferred, but you can also call, text, email, or send a photo.

If you send your list any other way, Aaron will add it to the app himself so it's tracked and processed the same as an app order.

Almost any store, with a few exceptions.

Aaron prefers most grocery and specialty stores. Walmart isn't offered, Target is pickup-only, and Aldi is possible but not preferred (available for an additional cost). Just ask if you're not sure about a specific store.

Same-day is often available.

Turnaround varies based on the current schedule and could be under an hour or a couple of hours. Reach out and Aaron will give you an honest ETA. Scheduled deliveries are always available too.

Not always, but your first order needs you (or someone) present.

For your first delivery, Aaron needs to meet you in person before any contactless delivery can be set up. After that, contactless options can be discussed based on what works best for you.

Credit or debit card through Stripe, or Zelle.

When you order through the app, your card is saved at checkout and your final total (the store receipt plus the service fee and any tip) is charged after shopping is complete. Zelle is also accepted. Aaron never sees or stores your card number.

Tips are welcome but never required or expected.

If you'd like to add one, you're welcome to, entirely at your discretion. To be transparent, larger orders and generous tips do tend to receive priority scheduling.

Aaron does everything he can to find every item on your list.

If a store doesn't have something, Aaron will often stop at another store on the way to your delivery rather than skip it. He's experienced at identifying which items are critical to a recipe or order, and will always communicate with you if something truly can't be found. Over time, he also learns your preferred substitutions and any hard no's.

Alcohol and tobacco purchases are typically available for existing clients; new customers can discuss options with Aaron directly. Per California law, you must be 21 or older and present valid ID at delivery.
