Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, register an account on the Shop with Aaron app, place an order, fill out a form (such as our contact or callback form), subscribe to updates, respond to a survey, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, delivery address, phone number, login, and passwords. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site or app related activities, such as placing an order.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users' means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Do Not Track: our Site does not use third-party tracking or behavioral advertising, and we do not track Users across other websites over time. Accordingly, the Site does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Payments

Users choosing to engage in electronic commerce with Aaron Wilson LLC are provided reasonable security measures. Payments are processed by Stripe, a dedicated third-party payment processor, under appropriate technological and other safeguards designed to protect financial and other sensitive data. Wherever possible, financial information is not collected or stored by Aaron Wilson LLC. Your full card number is transmitted directly to and held by Stripe, which routes the data, transfers the funds, and confirms payment. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use collected information

Aaron Wilson LLC may collect and use Users' personal information for the following purposes:

To provide our services: we use the information Users provide when placing an order (such as your shopping list, delivery address, and contact information) to shop, deliver, and communicate about that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

To personalize user experience: we may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site and app.

To improve our Site and services: we may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.

To respond to requests: we may use your email address or phone number to respond to inquiries, questions, callback requests, and/or other requests.

To send periodic emails and order updates, including order confirmations, delivery status notifications, and receipts. If a User opts in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include Shop with Aaron news, updates, and related product or service information. If at any time a User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future marketing emails, unsubscribe instructions are included at the bottom of each email.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored in connection with our Site and app.

Reviewing, changing, or deleting your information

Users with an account on the Shop with Aaron app can review and update their account information (including name, contact details, delivery address, and payment method) at any time in the app. You may also contact us at contact@shopwithaaron.com to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to ask that it be corrected, or to request that it be deleted, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners and trusted affiliates for the purposes outlined above. We use third-party service providers to help us operate our business, such as Stripe for payment processing and email service providers for sending order notifications and messages. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their function.

Users may find content on our Site that links to the sites and services of our partners and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.
